Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered valid only after you receive a confirmation from us via email or phone.

To complete a booking, you must provide:

  • Pickup & drop‑off locations

  • Date, time, and passenger count

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Pricing

All prices are provided during the booking process. Prices may vary depending on:

Any additional stops or changes requested during the journey may result in extra charges.

Payment Terms

At this time, Rhodes Elite Chauffeurs accepts cash payments directly to the driver at the end of your journey.

No prepayments or online payments are currently supported.

Cancellations & Changes

Customer Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your booking by contacting us as early as possible. Last‑minute cancellations may affect availability for future bookings.

Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to:

  • vehicle issues

  • driver illness

  • extreme weather

  • safety concerns

In such cases, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative solution whenever possible.

Delays & Waiting Time

We monitor flight and ferry arrivals to adjust pickup times when possible.

If the passenger is delayed:

  • A reasonable waiting period is included

  • Extended waiting time may incur additional charges

If the passenger does not show up and cannot be reached, the booking may be marked as a no‑show.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • behave respectfully toward the driver

  • wear seatbelts at all times

  • follow local safety regulations

  • ensure children use appropriate child seats (available upon request)

Damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.

Luggage Policy

Standard luggage is included in the service. Oversized items (e.g., sports equipment, strollers) must be mentioned during booking to ensure proper vehicle allocation.

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle.

Limitation of Liability

Rhodes Elite Chauffeurs is not liable for:

  • delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors

  • missed flights or ferries due to circumstances beyond our control

  • personal items lost or damaged during the journey

Our responsibility is limited to providing safe and professional transportation.
